1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Story Export at storyexport.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Story Export is a free, browser-based storyboard creation tool. It allows users to upload images, arrange scene cards, add annotations, and export the result as PNG or PDF. The Service runs entirely client-side; no user content is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
3. Intellectual property
The Story Export software, including all source code, design, and visual assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of cank (Yusuf Can Köker). All rights are reserved. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the software or its source code,
- Reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on the Service,
- Use the Story Export name or visual identity for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership and all rights to any images, text, or other content you use within Story Export. Since all processing occurs locally in your browser, your content is never received or stored by us. We make no claim over your content whatsoever.
5. Permitted use
Story Export is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and professional use. You may use it to create and export storyboards for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use the Service to produce or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cank (Yusuf Can Köker) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or export outputs.
Export outputs (PNG, PDF files) are generated locally on your device. The accuracy, quality, and suitability of those outputs for any particular purpose is your responsibility.
8. Third-party services
Story Export relies on the following open-source libraries served locally: html2canvas, jsPDF, and iro.js. The Service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Your use of these third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Modifications to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

1. Koşulların kabulü
storyexport.com adresindeki Story Export'a ("Hizmet") erişerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Hizmeti kullanmayın.
2. Hizmet tanımı
Story Export, ücretsiz ve tarayıcı tabanlı bir storyboard oluşturma aracıdır. Kullanıcıların görsel yüklemesine, sahne kartlarını düzenlemesine, açıklama eklemesine ve sonucu PNG veya PDF olarak dışa aktarmasına olanak tanır. Hizmet tamamen istemci tarafında çalışır; hiçbir kullanıcı içeriği sunucularımıza iletilmez veya saklanmaz.
3. Fikri mülkiyet
Tüm kaynak kodu, tasarım ve görsel varlıklar dahil Story Export yazılımı cank (Yusuf Can Köker)'in münhasır fikri mülkiyetidir. Tüm hakları saklıdır. Aşağıdakileri yapamazsınız:
- Yazılımı veya kaynak kodunu kopyalamak, değiştirmek veya dağıtmak,
- Hizmeti tersine mühendislik ile çözmek veya türev eserler oluşturmak,
- Yazılı izin almadan Story Export adını veya görsel kimliğini ticari amaçlarla kullanmak.
4. İçerikleriniz
Story Export içinde kullandığınız tüm görseller, metinler veya diğer içerikler üzerindeki mülkiyet ve hakların tamamı size aittir. Tüm işlemler tarayıcınızda yerel olarak gerçekleştiğinden, içerikleriniz tarafımızdan hiçbir şekilde alınmaz veya saklanmaz.
5. İzin verilen kullanım
Story Export kişisel, eğitim ve profesyonel kullanım için ücretsiz olarak sunulmaktadır. Herhangi bir yasal amaç için storyboard oluşturmak ve dışa aktarmak amacıyla kullanabilirsiniz. Hizmeti yasa dışı, zararlı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik üretmek veya paylaşmak için kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
6. Garanti reddi
Hizmet, açık veya zımni herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulmaktadır. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Hizmeti kullanmanız tamamen kendi sorumluluğunuzdadır.
7. Sorumluluk sınırlaması
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, cank (Yusuf Can Köker) Hizmeti kullanmanızdan veya kullanamamanızdan kaynaklanan veri veya dışa aktarma çıktılarının kaybı dahil dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç niteliğinde veya cezai tazminatlardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.
Dışa aktarma çıktıları (PNG, PDF dosyaları) cihazınızda yerel olarak oluşturulur. Bu çıktıların doğruluğu, kalitesi ve belirli bir amaca uygunluğu sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
8. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Story Export, yerel olarak sunulan şu açık kaynak kütüphaneleri kullanmaktadır: html2canvas, jsPDF ve iro.js. Hizmet Cloudflare Pages üzerinde barındırılmaktadır. Bu üçüncü taraf platformların kullanımı kendi koşul ve politikalarına tabidir.
9. Hizmette değişiklikler
Hizmeti herhangi bir zamanda önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme, askıya alma veya durdurma hakkımız saklıdır.
10. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı herhangi bir zamanda revize edebiliriz. Sayfanın başındaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi en son revizyonu yansıtacaktır. Herhangi bir revizyondan sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Bu koşullardan doğan her türlü uyuşmazlık Türk mahkemelerinin yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.
